Municipal GIS data, downloaded and joined into a local atlas. Every number in a building record comes from a source field or an explicitly labelled calculation.
A recorded construction year is not independently verified. Missing or invalid years remain undated. Permit dates do not replace construction dates. The timeline shows today's surviving footprints, not a reconstruction of the historical city.
Height uses the municipal gova_simplex_2019 field. When absent, extrusion uses floors × 3.2 m, or a 3 m placeholder if floors are also unknown. The record labels this. Ground is rendered flat.

Footprint area is calculated from polygon geometry using a local metre approximation; it is not total floor area. Registered parcel area comes directly from the cadastral field. Parcel matches use more than 1% footprint overlap; permit and preservation matches use more than 10%. These are spatial associations, not legal title or certified joins.
Addresses are points inside a footprint, falling back to the nearest point within approximately 25 m, labelled in the record. Some footprints have multiple parcels or addresses.
